We started Sueños with a simple idea: a premium, 100% agave tequila shouldn't have a pretentious price tag. We’re for late nights with friends and full-on fiestas. For those who know that real quality doesn't need to shout. It's an experience that feels handcrafted, because it is.

THE LUCID DREAM MARGARITA


This isn’t the margarita you know; it’s the one you’ll dream about. We’ve taken the soul of the classic and given it an aromatic, herbal twist that perfectly complements the subtle mineral undertones in our tequila. It’s bright, complex, and tastes like it was handcrafted—because it was.


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Sueños Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Rosemary Simple Syrup*
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Premium Orange Liqueur (optional, for a richer body)
  • Garnish: Lime wheel and a fresh rosemary sprig


Instructions:



  1. Add Sueños Blanco Tequila, lime juice, rosemary simple syrup, and orange liqueur (if using) to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fragrant rosemary sprig.


THE NORTHERN SUN


Forget the basic Paloma. This is its cooler, more sophisticated Canadian cousin. We’ve elevated the classic by balancing the bright, robust blue agave sweetness of our Blanco with fresh grapefruit and a hint of spice. It’s a tribute to our Canadian roots and Mexican soul in one glass. 


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Sueños Blanco Tequila
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Agave Nectar
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Soda Water
  • Garnish: Grapefruit wedge and a Tajín or sea salt rim
  • 

Instructions:

  1. Rim a highball glass with lime juice and dip it in Tajín or coarse sea salt.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. In a shaker filled with ice, combine Sueños Blanco Tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  4. Shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  6. Top with soda water and gently stir.
  7. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.


THE NORTHERN SUN


Sometimes the best nights are the most relaxed.  The Jalisco Haze is an effortlessly cool highball that’s clean, crisp, and ridiculously easy to make. It’s proof that a premium tequila doesn’t need to hide behind a dozen ingredients to shine.


Ingredients:

  • 121​ oz (45 ml) Sueños Blanco Tequila
  • 3-4 thin slices of Cucumber
  • 6-8 fresh Mint Leaves
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Top with Soda Water
  • Garnish: A long cucumber ribbon and a mint sprig


Instructions:

  1. In the bottom of a Collins glass, gently muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves with the lime juice. Don’t pulverize them; just press enough to release their oils.
  2. Fill the glass completely with ice.
  3. Pour in the Sueños Blanco Tequila.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Give it a gentle stir from the bottom up to combine the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a fresh mint sprig.
