Tequila Old Fashioned

Silky, aromatic and built for a slower pour.

A stripped-back Old Fashioned that trades whisky for Sueños Blanco and lets agave, orange and bitters do the talking.

Ingredients

  • 60 mL (2 oz) Sueños Blanco Tequila
  • 7 mL (¼ oz) rich agave syrup
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Orange peel for garnish

How to Make It

  1. Add Sueños Blanco, agave syrup and both bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir for 20 to 25 seconds until properly chilled and lightly diluted.
  3. Strain over one large cube in a rocks glass.
  4. Express an orange peel over the surface, rub it around the rim and place it in the glass.

Express the citrus peel over the glass.
